This place is so versatile it can be adapted to all your needs and fulfil all kinds of wishes.

Celebrations & Conferences at Gut Dalwitz

The converted granary on two floors, in the left half of the old steward’s house, is the perfect setting for weddings, family celebrations and other special events. A cosy bed right across the courtyard, breakfast together the next morning, perhaps a ride or a walk with the whole company – no wish remains unfulfilled here! Of course, a projector, screen and WLAN are also available.

The granary can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people on its 2 floors and almost 500m². The room hire fee for the granary for one-day events and without overnight accommodation is 300 Euros.

For seminars and conferences, 22 flats can be booked in single room occupancy. A single room costs from 75 Euros per person per night. For accommodation in flats with a shared bathroom, max. 40 people can be accommodated. The rooms then cost 45 Euros per person per night.

Our offer to trade visitors: We live “organic”

How does “organic” work? What does the organic label include? What impact does this farming method have on soils, groundwater, CO2 balance, biodiversity and food quality?

As a “demonstration farm for organic farming”, Gut Dalwitz shows visitors how diverse organic farming is and how it works.

We will introduce you to our concept with the following principles:

• closed energy and nutrient cycles
• production at a non-market location in a GMO-free region
• species-appropriate animal husbandry in year-round free-range husbandry
• a sustainable concept with an integrated approach to agriculture, forestry and energy management with landscape conservation
• and production-integrated nature conservation coupled with tourism and regional development

We offer excursions, camps, seminars and conferences for specialist groups, companies, vocational colleges and universities:

• the practical and illustrative environment
• our know-how in an individual “bio live” programme
• food and drinks from our own production in our farm restaurant
• Event rooms and presentation areas with electricity and heat from our own circuits, and
• Overnight accommodation in lovingly renovated, old, listed buildings.

The FerienGut Dalwitz with its stunning estate in the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland, embedded in unspoilt nature, offers you everything for your dream wedding. Wedding venues in our neighbourhood are at the registry office in Gnoien and its branch offices or in our churches in Basse or Walkendorf.

Details

The possibilities that our estate offers you and your guests for your wedding are unique: culinary variety in organic quality, a customisable event area in the old granary or in the Remise farm restaurant, the extensive estate park and activities such as horse riding and golf are fantastic conditions for celebrations lasting several days to enjoy the most beautiful day of your life!

Start your celebration with a champagne reception under the open sky, in the old granary or in the courtyard restaurant. Afterwards, enjoy coffee and delicious cakes of your choice. Our restaurant will work with you to put together an exceptional wedding buffet or menu for your festive dinner. Our speciality is an asado, a South American-style BBQ. As a grand finale, we will serve you a midnight surprise amidst sparkling fountains.

It all depends on the right time

One more thing: spring is the best time of year for weddings here. In the main season (season A) and in the autumn holidays (October) no parties can take place on our FerienGut.
