The farm restaurant “Remise” is located in the old horse stable. Guests will find an atmosphere that combines expertise with nonchalance.
We work with creativity and emphasise quality.
We cook with food that we know where it comes from and how it was produced. This is our approach to bringing quality to the plate and promoting our environment (air, water, soil and biodiversity) as well as local economic cycles.
Our regional roots and philosophy form the creative basis for the selection of dishes on our menu. It combines Uruguayan and regional traditions. Family-friendly prices are part of our good taste.
